ABOUT THE COLLEGE

The Apollo University, established in 2021 by the Apollo Hospitals Group, is a private institution located in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. It offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across disciplines such as healthcare, engineering, management, and social sciences. The university emphasizes hands-on learning and a research-intensive environment to prepare students for industry demands.

In collaboration with the Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (AIMSR), the university provides students with access to a 108-acre campus equipped with modern teaching facilities and an 850-bed hospital covering over 21 medical and surgical specialties.

Paper Submission Guidelines – ICAING-2025

International Conference on AI and Next-Gen Innovations in Health, Management, and Engineering

ICAING-2025 adheres to strict submission policies covering all aspects, including paper submissions, withdrawals, plagiarism checks, peer review, acceptance, registration, presentation, fee refunds, certification, final submission, and publication. Authors are required to comply with these guidelines to meet the conference standards. Non-compliance may result in paper rejection without review.

  • Submissions must be limited to 8 pages, including references, figures, and tables.
  • Papers exceeding the page limit will not be considered.

  • To meet ICAING-2025 standards, authors should:

    • Clearly highlight the novelty and unique contributions of their work.

ICAING-2025 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. All papers will undergo plagiarism screening, excluding references and author biographies.

  • Acceptable Limit: Papers with ≤15% similarity will proceed to review.

  • Rejection: Papers with >20% similarity will be automatically rejected.
  • Proper referencing of all cited research is mandatory.

  • Participation Certificates will be provided to all attendees.
